light fixture ratings 110V bulb tranformer and 220V source

Hi I live in Asia and have 220V power. Light Bulb choices are limited in the developing world and I would like to have natural light spectrum lighting during the winter when there is little natural light. It helps psychologically during winter months.

- The power source is 220V
- I have a strong transformer 220V to 110V
- I have 110V 60W US bulbs

I would like to know what I should consider when purchasing or making a fixture.
